New files in your cloud account are instantly downloaded onto your smartphone. New files on your device are uploaded. If you remove a file on one side, it will be erased on the other side. It works across several devices (your phone and your tablet) (your phone and your tablet).
If their folders are synchronised with the same cloud account, they will be maintained in sync with each other. This is how MEGA works on PC but it is not the same with the official Android app that only works manually and has no syncing feature.
